Order processing

In the website you can order only those goods actually available in our stock. We always keep the great majority of our products in stock to ship them out as soon as possible.

Delivery methods

The purchased products will be sent to the address indicated by the customer. We work with the following carriers: TNT (Express or Economy Express), DHL (Express Worldwide), EuroExpress and FedEx. EuroExpress and Fedex forwarders offer the insured transport that is highly recommended for aluminium profiles. International shipping is now available for: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Finlad, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom.
Shipping costs change from carrier to carrier and according to weight.
At the time of delivery the customer is asked to check that the packaging is intact and not damaged. Any tampering or damage must be immediately notified to the carrier and written on the delivery sheet.

Payment methods

Purchases made on LedPoint are safe and reliable and you can choose the payment method you prefer.

- Bank transfer

If you decide to pay by bank transfer, your order will be processed only after we receive your payment. You must pay within 5 days from order date, otherwise your order will be automatically cancelled.
Remember that in the reason for payment you need to specify the order number and the order date.

- Cash on delivery

This service is available only for Italy.

- Credit Card/Paypal

Paypal allows you to pay through your own account or with credit card. Since you are immediately charged, your order will be processed automatically. Paypal payment provides an extra cost for service management fees equivalent to 2% of the total amount (VAT included).

Important:

Our aluminium profiles are sold in perfect conditions and always well packaged before shipment .
Goods could be damaged by the carrier during transportation. For this reason it is highly recommended to choose an insured shipment.
Ledpoint s.r.l. will disclaim any liability for possible damages suffered by goods during transportation and will be obliged to refuse any demand for compensation if goods are shipped without insurance.
Ledpoint Srl shall not be liable for missed or delayed deliveries due to causes of force majeure, such as strikes, measures of the Public Authorities, rationing or shortage of energy or raw materials, transportation difficulties, fires, floods and damage to industrial machinery, which are not attributable to Ledpoint Srl.
