Return policy
In the event of products purchased by mistake or never used, it is possible to return your purchase to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of the date the item was delivered. Please note that it is necessary to obtain an authorisation from Ledpoint before shipping goods back. Return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
Ledpoint cannot accept returns in the following cases:
- Damaged products
- Products that are not in their original condition
- Partial shipment of goods
- Missing or not original packaging (having different labels or adhesives)
- Product malfunctioning due to an incorrect installation
The customer is asked to add the waybill to the package. Our technical department will decide if the product is refundable or not after checking it. If the product does not show any damage and works properly or if it shows a manufacturing defect (that it is not due to a wrong installation), its price will be refunded by bank transfer or Paypal.
Please send the PDF below by email to [email protected] and add to the package the return form. If the return form is not filled out and sent correctly the return will be refused.
