PR-CC01-06-G3: installation and mounting
The following article aims to show how to install the profile PR-CC01-06-G3 (specially designed and extruded in PVC due to the fact that the concrete corrode the aluminium).
The first step is the profile installation inside the framework (img.1) and its fixing to a wooden board by using a long screw (img.3) in order to hold the profile during the pouring concrete (img.2)

LED strip’s cables are introduced by a corrugated pipe placed at the profile head (img.4). Note: There are two different ways of application of the pipe: without end cap (img.5a) or with end cap (img. 5b). It is recommended to use the end cap since the concrete’s thickness in the finished wall (img.5a) is very thin and as a consequence weak. When end cap is used the concrete’s thickness in front of the corrugated pipe is higher and as a consequence more resistant.

At this stage the concrete is poured (img. 6a e img.6b).

Once the concrete is dry it is possible to install the diffuser: the result is a continuous light line in the wall.
